During this four-day course, attendees learn how to lead a Lean-Agile transformation by leveraging the practices and principles of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe 5) and the seven core competencies of the Lean Enterprise and become certified SAFe trainers themselves.

Course objectives

In this course, attendees will have the opportunity to become certified as a SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) and Agile Coach, allowing them to train and certify others in SAFe courses.

The training covers the use of SAFe to build high-performing Agile Teams, Trains, and Portfolios, as well as applying a customer-centric approach through Design Thinking, Agile product delivery, and Lean portfolio management. The course will also cover how to implement the SAFe framework in an organization, transitioning from traditional product development to a modern Agile and Lean approach.

This Implementing SAFe course in Stockholm is for anyone who will be involed in a Lean-Agile transformation supported by the SAFe framework. This includes leaders, consultants, Agile coaches and change agents who will take part in creating and coaching Agile Teams, Trains and Portfolios.

Prerequisites

Anyone who will be a part of an Lean-Agile transformation is welcome in the course. However, we strongly recommend the following prerequisites if you intend to take the included (and optional) SAFe SPC certification exam.

• Five or more years of experience from development, testing, requirements gathering, product/project management
• Three or more years experience from Agile systems engineering
• One or more Agile certifications
