SAFe Advanced Scrum Master
During this two-day SAFe Advanced Scrum Master training, the participant gets a detailed understanding of how to act in the role of Scrum Master and how to function in the role in the larger company.
Course objectives
The course covers facilitating interaction between multiple teams as part of delivering value as ART/Tribe as well as how to support and grow a joint capability for continuous improvement. The material also covers DevOps and how to use Kanban to facilitate the flow of value.
As part of the training, you also learn how to understand and support a team's journey to high performance and how to embrace servant leadership.
During the course, you have the opportunity to take your leadership skills to the next level. This includes learning the key components of scaled up agile work and Scrum. The course also offers useful tools for building high-performing teams.
Target audience
The SAFe® Advanced Scrum Master course is a continuation course aimed at you who have worked as a Scrum Master for a while and want to be even more driven in taking yourself to the next level. The course suits you who want to expand your toolbox regarding coaching and facilitation skills.
The course is intended for people who already work in the role of Scrum Master as well as people who want to know more about how the role fits into the SAFe framework.
Prerequisites
Everyone is welcome to join the course without experience. However, we recommend that you have the following prior knowledge if you intend to certify yourself for SAFe® 5 Advanced Scrum Master (SASM)
